Recent press about CaterSnax:

Arkansas Business - New Businesses - article by Alicia Stogner (11/14/03)

CaterSnax of Roland helps put distractions at bay. During meetings or informal gatherings, CaterSnax supplies a full line of snack from sweets to salties to fresh fruit.

Founded by Greg Wolfe, the former CFO of the Arkansas Department of Economic Development, CaterSnax also offers finger sandwiches — chicken salad, pimento cheese, tuna salad, turkey and ham roll ups.

Whether it’s a business mid-morning meeting, working lunch or personal party, CaterSnax can customize your order and deliver it for free in most areas.

All snacks are made fresh daily and come in handy plasticware for easy cleanup. A traditional package includes the choice of two sweets — chocolate sheet cake, muffins, cookies or donuts — and two finger snacks — cheese straws, chips and salsa or sausage balls. This package, which feeds 10-15 people for under $40, also includes fresh fruit bought at Little Rock’s Farmer’s Market when in season.

CaterSnax is flexible with every order.

“We love substitutions,” Wolfe said.

Most orders do require notice at least a day in advance, though some same-day delivery is available.

CaterSnax also makes a great Christmas gift for clients within central Arkansas in lieu of the popular popcorn tin. Gift certificates also are available.

CaterSnax will deliver any day of the week, and it’s always “Easy, fresh, on time, anytime,” said Wolfe, who prepares and delivers the food.
